Find it. Build it.Show what changed.

Six steps, and the sixth one is a decision rather than an assumption. That is the part most engagements leave out.

I do not start with a package, because a package decides what you need before anyone has looked. I start by working out where a worthwhile improvement is actually available, then build the smallest complete thing that delivers it and put real activity through it.

Then I show you what changed and we decide together whether there should be a next one. Sometimes the honest answer is to stop and run what you have for six months. I would rather say that than sell you a phase two.

A short walk through how an engagement actually runs.
The whole arc

Six steps, end to end.

Two of these are engagements you would pay for. The other four are what makes the first two worth paying for.

1. Review

Find the one opportunity worth building.

2. Build

The smallest complete system that delivers it.

3. Real activity

Live, with your team, in your environment.

4. Measure

Against the baseline we set before we started.

5. Hand over

Documented, trained, owned by someone of yours.

6. Decide

Stop, run it, improve it, or move to the next stage.

One opportunity at a time. Always.

The two pieces you would actually buy

A review, then a build. In that order, every time.

The order is the whole method. Building before the diagnosis is how a business spends a year improving the wrong stage of its own engine.

1

Revenue Acceleration Review

I go through the parts of your revenue engine that matter, using your numbers, and tell you what I would build first.

  • Relevant revenue path
  • Evidence and assumptions
  • Credible upside
  • Recommended first build
2

Revenue Engine Build

I build the smallest complete system that delivers the outcome we agreed, then put real activity through it.

  • Baseline
  • One outcome
  • Real activity
  • Measurement
  • Training and handoff
3

The next opportunity

Sometimes the honest answer is to run what you have for six months. I would rather say that than sell you a phase two.

  • Operate what was built
  • Improve it further
  • Address the next opportunity

The Review is explained properly on its own page, including what you receive and what it does not promise. Read about the Review

Before anything gets built

We agree up front how we will know it worked.

This happens at the start, not at the end, and which one applies depends on your data rather than on which one sounds best.

Outcome proof

Enough data to compare
There is reliable volume and history, so I measure a real before and after against the baseline.

Mechanism proof

Too little volume to claim revenue
I prove the operating change instead: what the system now does, how long it takes, and what used to happen.

Measurement foundation

Nothing instrumented yet
The first valuable thing I build is the measurement. Unglamorous, and it makes every later decision provable.

If your data can carry an outcome claim, I measure the outcome. If it cannot, I will say so rather than dress up a number. See how I label every kind of evidence

Knowledge that lasts

Built in your business.Owned by your business.Ready for your team to run.

A system nobody owns does not survive its first busy week. So a named person on your side owns it before it goes live, not after.

One named owner inside your businessWritten documentation, not a recorded callTraining with the people who will actually use itAccounts and access in your nameThird-party licences agreed before we start
Being straight about it

What this is not.

Four things I get asked for regularly and do not do. Not on principle, but because I have watched each of them waste a year of someone else's money.

If one of these is genuinely what you need, that is a real answer and there are people who do it well. It is not what this is.

  • A retainer that renews because it is easier than cancelling
  • A discovery phase that produces a document and no working system
  • A tool installed and handed over with a login and good luck
  • Everything improved at once, which means nothing measured
Your next move

It starts with one opportunity and your actual numbers.

The Review is the front door. You get an honest read on where the opportunity is, whether or not you build anything with me.
