Being findable and credible to the people you are actually best for, not to everyone.
When the offer is you, growth runs into a wall made of hours. The usual answers are raise your prices or work more, and there is a third one that most practices never get around to building.
The third answer is that a practice like yours already has more demand than it converts. Referrals that never get asked for. Enquiries that get answered eventually. People who finished with you eighteen months ago, would happily come back, and have not heard from you since.
None of that requires you to be in the room. It requires someone to own it, and a small amount of system so it happens whether or not this week was busy. That is usually the cheapest growth available to a practice, and it is almost always the last thing anyone builds.

Every business is different and the Review is what settles it. But in this sector the answer is usually in one of these three, and saying so is more useful than pretending I have no idea until you pay me.
Being findable and credible to the people you are actually best for, not to everyone.
Enquiries answered properly, and a path from interest to a booked conversation.
Referrals, repeat engagements and reactivation, which is where most of the unbuilt value sits.
Not a package. This is the shape a build in this sector tends to take once the Review has picked the one opportunity worth going after.
What the work covered, and what the client said about it in their own words.
Wolf possesses a rare ability to not only see the long-term vision and strategic pathway for a brand, but also to translate that vision into tangible results that drive awareness, emotion, and revenue.
It limits delivery, not the rest of the path. Attracting the right people, answering them properly and keeping the relationship going after the work ends are all things that can run without you in the room.
Often not enough for an honest revenue claim, and I will say so rather than invent one. In that case I prove the mechanism instead: what now happens that did not, and how long it takes.
It should sound like you, or it has failed. The writing rule I hold to is that a past client reading a reactivation message should recognise the person who wrote it.
The Review looks at your actual numbers and tells you which stage is holding the rest back. You get the answer whether or not you build anything with me.
